  • Pre-assembly: Most complex components (Rhino Joystick kit) pre-assembled by vendor

  • Crimping pliers and wire end ferrules for VPforce motor kit (example tool)

4.6 Warranty and Returns

Q: Do I have warranty or right of return?
A: No. These are DIY kits with the following characteristics:

Nature of Product:

  • DIY kits with procured materials and custom 3D-printed parts
  • 3D printing done by Winger or Kaltokri in PETG (durable material)
  • 3D-printed parts cannot match injection-molded plastic quality
  • Parts assembled and printed to order

No Warranty, No Returns

Warranty, return, and exchange are excluded due to custom assembly nature. Vendor provides support for questions and problems that arise.
